Alpha Showdown

The Vampire Book Club is hosting her annual Alpha Showdown where we all vote for the nominees and the winners.  There are currently 16 mega alpha characters from vampires to shifters, enforcers to assassins and everyone in between.  Last year's winner was Jericho Barrons from Karen Moning's "Fever Series,"  enough said.  It doesn't get any more alpha than that!  Today Bones and Terrible, a couple of my favorites, are battling in their own brackets.  Bones is from the amazing "Night Huntress" series by Jeaniene Frost and is currently competing in bracket 8.  Terrible, from the "Downside Ghosts" series by Stacia Kane, is competing in bracket 9 today.  Please stop by and vote throughout the Alpha Showdown, it's a lot of fun and there will be great giveaway at the end.  Most of the authors are participating in someway as well.  Stacia Kane just offered up a scene from her upcoming book, "Chasing Magic", if Terrible wins this round and a scene from his point of view if he makes it further in the showdown!  I can think of a few scenes I would love to get his POV... I wont list them as not to spoil anything for those of you that haven't read this great series yet though ;)
