The cover for "Dead Ever After," by Charlaine Harris, was released this week. I have never been a fan of the covers for this series but this one does leave a lot to speculate about. To me, it looks like Sookie is walking away from Alcide, Quinn and Sam and walking towards one of the vampires on this cover. Which vamp though? Maybe there's a clue in the plants that I don't recall. What are your thoughts on the cover?
Some people were saying that it looked like she was walking into the sun and away from all of the paranormals, which would be disappointing but wouldn't surprise me at this point. I never did read the last book, but I will right before the release of this one.
ReplyDeletei agree it does look liek she walking away from all things supernatural. she always talks about it..waking up not having her ability not having to get hurt or fight or worry about things that she shouldn't know.
