Where I like to read the most is laying on the beach under a palm tree or lounging on the deck of a cruise ship in the sun. However, where I end up reading usually is on the couch in the family room with the kids running around me being crazy and yelling.

ReplyDeleteOh, don't I wish I could read on the beach every day of my life! There's nothing better than squeezing the sand through your toes while listening to the ocean waves and reading a good book!

I sympathize. My kids love to yell and run circles around me while I read. Gotta admit, I admire their energy ;)

Sounds like bliss, the beach bit, not the running around yelling part. Although, with three kids myself I can certainly sympathise. That's why I go and hide away upstairs out of the way and leave them all downstairs fighting over the remote.
