Review: "Sunshine" by Robin McKinley

Rae "Sunshine" Seddon believes she lives a normal, ordinary life as a baker in her family's bakery.  Well, as normal as your life can be when a large portion of the population after The Wars consists of the Others.  Sunshine is promptly abducted by vampires and held captive with another unlikely prisoner.  A vampire himself, Constantine must overcome his vampire ways if they are to help each other escape.  Sunshine relies on some old family history to help her out which also gets the attention of the SOF (Special Other Forces).  While there is a little too much world building for a stand alone book it was still a good read.  Robin McKinley has definitely built a whole new world and some great characters.
